iPads

The following forms and documents and video are specific to the iPad initiative at the South Fayette Elementary School. Hard copies will be distributed and explained in conjunction with the iPad distribution process. If you have any specific questions regarding the forms and documents feel free to check with your child's teacher or Mr. Tyler Geist, Elementary School Principal.

Annual Device Loan Agreement and Parent & Student Responsibilities

Review the Device Loan Agreement and the Parent and Student Responsibilities:

Options for Annual Agreement Confirmation and Warranty Payment:
1. Agree to terms and pay online use these instructions to step through the process: MySchoolBucks Device Loan Agreement and payment including Free/Reduced 

2. Parents/Guardians who do NOT want your child/children to take the district-loaned device home, please visit: Keep at School Annual Technology Agreement

3. To permit your child to bring home the device and pay the warranty by check, please print and complete the Pay By Check Device Loan Paperwork. The parent/guardian will need to sign the agreement and send it to school with a $25.00 check. A separate form must be completed for each child enrolled in the District. 

Internet Service

Qualifying families may be interested in the Comcast Internet Essentials Program/Internet Service. If you have at least one child receiving free or reduced school lunches and would like to have home internet service for approximately $9.95 per month, please contact Comcast directly at their toll free number 1-855-846-8376 for information and assistance to see if you qualify.

The South Fayette Township School District does not recommend one service over another nor do we receive any financial gain from this service.  We are simply providing the information as a service to our families.

Laptops

The following forms and documents are specific to the laptop initiative at the South Fayette Township School District. Hard copies will be distributed and explained in conjunction with the mandatory information meetings. If you have any specific questions regarding the forms and documents, please contact your child's building principal.
